One of the most important steps in losing weight and also in your pursuit of healthy lifestyle is to REPLACE WHITE FLOUR WITH WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR. It contains much more fiber, which not only satisfies us for longer periods of time but also has a positive effect on the intestines and digestion.
If you are trying to lose weight, you should give lean meat a chance – chicken, turkey and rabbit meat – these should make up the majority of your meat dishes.

However, if you want to lose weight, you should limit its consumption. On bread, replace it with cottage cheese or another less caloric product.
The least healthy and at the same time the most caloric side dishes are those you prepare with oil (french fries, roasted potatoes). You better forget about these and choose more suitable variants, such as:

Potatoes – best cooked in their skins, sweet potatoes are ideal when losing weight
Rice – instead of the classic white, choose natural or basmati or various vegetable substitutes
Pasta – wholegrain
Wholemeal bread – e.g. wholemeal baguette instead of dumplings
Healthy cereals easy to prepare – bulgur, quinoa
Wholegrain tortilla – when losing weight, pay attention to the amount due to its higher energy value
Healthy oils are good for your figure and, what’s more, they are great for your health. The healthiest types of oils native in our country are mainly rapeseed and flaxseed. Various types of virgin olive oils, such as olive oil, are best for salads.
