Calculate how many calories you need per day to start losing weight. Remember, your income must be less than your total expenditure.

 

Example: You have a total daily intake of 1,600 calories, so if you want to lose weight, set your maximum daily intake to a maximum of 1,400 KJ.

 

  1. PAY ATTENTION TO CALORIES

Start eating regularly and make a table how many calories you eat during each meal. By doing so, you will not end up eating all day’s worth of calories for lunch.
